We ship to the entire peninsula. At the moment we do not reach the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla since we cannot offer the shipping price we want. We will continue working to reach all of Spain without exceptions.
An order will be refunded when there is an error in it or if the conditions in which it arrives are not correct. In the event that you are not satisfied with something related to your order. Deliveries are made on Tuesdays and Fridays. In orders within the M-30, you will receive it from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. In the rest of the peninsula, before 1:30 p.m. This will be the process your order will go through:
- You will receive an SMS on the same delivery day that you have chosen to notify you of the approximate time of arrival of your order.

Yes! And we would love for you to! All the packaging we use is recyclable. In case you have any questions, we tell you how you can do it:
- Cardboard box: Recycle it in the blue container.
- Empty bags: To the yellow container!
- Paper bags: As long as they are not stained, you can recycle them in the blue container.
It depends on the recipe. A pot is enough to heat the vacuum bags in a water bath or a microwave. In addition to this, some recipes will require the use of the oven or frying pan.
You can keep the kits refrigerated for a maximum of 3 days after receiving the order.
Both our internal transport service and with SEUR we use refrigerated vehicles to ensure that the cold chain is not broken at any time.
It is not necessary, if you will not be available to receive your order, you can tell us if you want us to deliver it to another person, either a neighbor or someone you trust. Be sure to include this in your shipping notes and we’ll make sure to follow your instructions. You can change the shipping address of your order from your account, as many times as you need. Just keep in mind that any changes must be made before 6:00 p.m. the day before the delivery date of your order.
