Return policy

1. What time period is there to return the order or request a change of kitchenware product? In compliance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, a maximum return period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order is established. In the event that your order is delivered in several packages, the term does not begin to run until the delivery of the last package sent has been made. 2. How can you request the return or request the change of household product? Returns and changes of household products will be processed electronically. AVEGAP GROUP, S.L. offers the possibility of collecting the return at your home. Whether you choose to return or exchange the product, you will have to contact us to process the collection via email: hola@homieskits.com. 3. What will be returned? The client may choose to:
  • the return of the money through transfer or through the payment method used by the client;
  • the change of product (always taking into account the existing stock at that time).
4. What conditions must the product have to be returned? To return an item, you must ensure that it is in the same packaging, just as you received it, and in perfect condition. You can only be granted a refund if you return the product as purchased, without opening the packaging or having used it, and with the labels that came on that packaging or on the product itself, unless there is a manufacturing defect. 5. Which products can be returned and which cannot? As established in the General Contract Conditions. the products that consist of cooked food CANNOT BE RETURNED. All household products marketed by GRUPO AVEGAP, S.L. through www.homieskits.com they can be returned as long as they have not been used and are in perfect condition. 6. What is the process to follow from requesting the return or exchange of product? In case you have opted for the return:
  1. Send us an email to hola@homieskits.com indicating your order number and indicating that you wish to make a return of this.
  2. You will be sent a label that you must print and paste on the packing box in which you received the order.
  3. They will pick up your order at the indicated shipping address.
In case you have opted for the product change:
  1. Send us an email to hola@homieskits.com indicating your order number and indicating what other product you wish to receive.
  2. From the establishment we will manage the change and send it to your address.
  3. They will deliver the new product, and at that time you must deliver the one you want to change in the same packaging in which it was delivered.
7. How long will it take to make the return? Once the order has been received and verified that it is in good condition, or the manufacturing defect has been verified by the manufacturer, we will refund the amount of this within a maximum period of 15 business days. 8. Who is responsible for the shipping costs? Returns or exchanges of products for orders placed in the Peninsula are the responsibility of GRUPO AVEGAP, S.L. We offer a single product change free of charge.
